Thread gets 2/10. Sideways pic, and no pic of the flexfuel kit. Will not read again....

J/k, I want to do the same.

How did you hook up power and ground? Fuse panel ?

I'm about to install my aem wideband and I've never done it before.

Some install details and or pics would be greatly appreciated

I haven't done it before either so I let a shop do both installs. Wiring makes me nervous..

I installed it all the way to the fuse box thru the hole where the sound tube goes. Problem is the O2 draws a lot of juice and there is power reduction and ground float in in all that fancy line from battery to device from device to 02. I mean it looks all pretty yes and sleeved with $$$$ military grade sleeves . it just does not work well. I ended up cutting an old dc to ac cigarette lighter cord (large gauge wire) and using the hot and ground from there. The good thing is now it is easily transportable.

For a permanent install, I'd run a nice gauge wire like 12 or 14 to the ground in the harness as close to possible without looking all nasty. This will help with any ground float issues.

Note I did NOT have any ground float issues till I tried to data log, the out put of the device is a set voltage from ground, but ground is up say .8 Volts cause of float...

Don't get all confused and follow the 2nd to last paragraph and all is well.

Thanks for the input.
It will only be a temporary install

funny thing about lambda is max rich power and max lean power is different (slightly) for:
gas, E10, E85... It was hard for me to get use to Lambda.

Pure Gasoline Stoichiometric 14.7 1.000
Pure Gasoline Max Power Rich 12.5 0.8503
Pure Gasoline Max Power Lean 13.23 0.900

E10 Stoichiometric 14.08 1.000
E10 Max Power Rich 12.0 0.8523
E10 Max Power Lean 12.7008 0.9020

E85 Stoichiometric 9.765 1.000
E85 Max Power Rich 6.975 0.7143
E85 Max Power Lean 8.469 0.8673
http://www.hotrod.com/articles/wideband-oxygen-sensor/

You can see you can get away with a lot richer on E85 and still make max power
