I bought a pack on Amazon via Prime. It was twice the price of the eBay ones but it comes in two days instead of a month from China.

Picked up leather case suggested by jcastag.
Much thanks for help on trivia. Oh yeah, while on Amazon, I picked up the fuzzy dice "suggested" by Cornholio! They will go perfect with the Ceramic White with black trim interior!
