Auto dimming mirrors - Not on the passenger side ?
On my car I have them on the driver's side and the rear view mirror, but the passenger one seems to be a standard mirror. The two auto dimming mirrors have those lines around the margins, but nothing is present on the passenger one. Is this how it is supposed to be? Did Chevrolet cheap out on installing an auto dimming mirror on the passenger side as well? And if the answer is yes, can we install an auto dimming mirror on the passenger side? Maybe from the ZL1 ?...

Pass. side Mirror does not dim on any Car(as far as I know) You MIGHT NOT see a car in the Pass. side mirror if it went "DIM". So I have been told by My Dealer???

When it was first introduced, in the C5 Corvette as I recall, it was on both sides. It was cost reduced out some time ago.

The 2005 C5 included auto dimming ISRV and driver outside mirrors as part of the preferred equipment upgrade.

My 2014 RAM 2500 has dimming on both mirrors and it's full mirror dimming unlike my Gen5 2SS that has a thin outside line on the mirror non dimming (dimming only about 90% of the surface)...

This feature is controlled by the on and off I also went back and looked online at the PDF manuals for the car, looks like Chevrolet introduced the auto dimming feature in 2001 on the Corvette.

Yeppers. no dimming on passenger side...was that way on 5th gen as well.

Same here: no auto dimming on the passenger's side for my 2.0 Turbo Camaro with European specs!
