Looks good, I did the same on my bow ties, I just tapped mine off and coated them with a $5 can of plasti dip, it's been on for about 6 months and it looks no different from the $75 ones you get from GM or elseswhere on line!

Yeah I just did the regular black on mine, I was already doing my OEM wheels at the time so it was technically free to do the bow ties haha.
Dip doesn't hold up too well on wheels but I did it as a temp thing for a few months until I could find an aftermarket wheel that I wanted so it did the trick. Quote:

I think they are working on the 6th gen and so is emblempros I believe. Difference is 5th gen is flat.
