Yes, the SS 1LE has it. Even the regular SS has it from the factory i think.

Every manual 6th gen has it. Just keep the throttle over 90% down, and be moving more than 30 mph and it will work. You will know it is working as on the shift when it dumps the excess fuel you will hear some odd sounds like an afterfire (sounds like a loud backfire or gunshot), or even some multiple, odd, loud noises in a row (like the above video). If you aren't prepared to hear them, it may freak you out, so you have been warned lol.
