Curb alert on 2016 2SS

Hello everyone. I purchased a curb alert sensor to help protect the chin splitter on my baby. The videos all show install on a 5th gen that has some sort of grommet near where the power line comes into the cabin. Well, I did some poking around under the dash and saw one grommet but I'm not sure how to fish the wire with small plug on the end of it through said grommet. Anyone know if there is a better/easier accessed point of entry to run the plug and wire into the driver's side of the cabin? Also is the fuse box located behind the end of the dashboard panel as it is on the 5th gen? Any pics or ideas out there......Or, if someone has already posted something about this could you gently push me in that direction?
Thanks in advance!
