New cars don't really need to warm up. Start the car ,wait for the gauges to settle down and go drive sensibly. Unless you're at -0° or something like that. Then I'd wait about 20-30 seconds. No need for more.

You want get the engine up to operating temp as soon as possible. I would however advise against going WOT until the engine oil is up to temp (175F+). This can take a while in the colder months.

I prefer to wait till is about 60 degrees outside, sunny and dry roads. I don't want to get my car dirty.....

That's what I've always done with my other cars but for some reason I feel comfortable just waiting till the temperature gauge says around 150

I've heard this is bad for your engine. I was told 'start your engine, belt up, and go."

I wait for the initial growl to groan...back out of the garage after waking the neighbors from their slumber...as I make my way to where I roam... Post that!

You only need about 15-30 seconds to get the oil circulated and then you need to get the car moving. As said before, no WOT, but every moment spent idling at below operating temp is wear and tear.
