ZL1 insurance prices
I had an interesting conversation with my USAA car insurance company on a couple vehicles that I was looking at.
Im married with two kids. No tickets or accidents for 30 years. I have four cars for three drivers. The kids drive and they are 17 YOA. USAA loves me  I priced insurance for a : 2017 ZL1 which came in at $240 a month 2013 Anniversary Corvette for $269 a month 2010 ZR1 Corvette for $270 a month Apparently the 2013 Corvette is just outside of the "3 years old " new car discount and the ZR1......... well its a ZR1  One of the single guys I work with has a base model 2017 corvette and he's paying $190 a month with USAA. Adding my kids to my plan last year made my insurance double. I was wondering what everyone was paying a month for their ZL1 coverage.

I'm pretty sure having kids of driving age in the house drives the premium up, even if they are not listed as drivers for a particular car.
I'm USAA too. |

I was quoted 650/6 months (or about 109/mo)....27, no kids...parked in garage. Full coverage, $500 deductible

Some of those prices are pretty good. I currently run a high coverage with a low deductible. 300k/500k with 250 deductible. Hope to get the same for the Zl1 without it going up a lot since it is a secondary car. Only thing now hurting my insurance is my wife's accident several years ago. I think it unfair it should since it wasn't her fault.
