Remove Door Trim and auto shift bezel

I want to remove the 1LT silver door trim, and A8 shifter bezel. Also if anyone knows how to remove the door handles and mirrors that would be awesome as well. Want to ship these parts off for wrap..

silver trim around the bezel just pops out. Done mine several times. Here's the pdfs for the door removal and the door trim removal.
