Summer tire stored on car for winter. Non heated garage

Not trying to beat a dead horse. I know there's a lot of these type of threads but I can't find this answer

Most are asking about driving in cold weather, but I need to know if anyone has left there summer tires on their car over the winter out in the cold, not driven.

I have a non heated garage where my car will be left. I live in Kentucky so we do have a few days here and there where the temps will be in the 40s or so and I can get it out for a little bit.

But we do have nights that can get down to close to zero or below. Will my tires be ok sitting in such cold temps??

I thought I read somewhere to not roll or move the car when it's below 20, is this true?

I do it every year in an unseated garage in Michigan. Normal tire pressure and if the roads are clear I drive it for awhile.
