how much of a hassle was it to even remove it?! lol I love the grille for the SS but will it fit my RS? :o

No from what I understand, they are NOT cross compatible.
And you remove the front clip to remove the grille. I did it in an afternoon. Some videos and write ups on it. Not as bad as it sounds.
