Please help! Scavange pump not working with remote start

Hi there. I need help with my fabberge twin turbo kit and the included scavange pump. The scavange pump doesn't seem to come on when I remote start my 2012 Auto camaro 2ss but works fine when I use the ignition to start the car. The shop wired the pump in somewhere but I'm not 100% sure where. Only fuse box aftermarket wiring was the interior fuse box on "pwr output 20A" spot. They have 2 wires running from my 2 Pod Gauge pod and one thick red wire coming from somewhere else and it all goes into that spot.
