I have a shot at a new (dealer) 2016 lSS, nightfall gray/light gray, automatic, dual mode exhaust for 37,617.00 out the door.

Seems like a grey deal if it includes tax and fees! I paid 36k back in April without tax or fees

tax and fees, or not tax and fees, its a good deal. That's a very nearly 40K car before tax and fees.
I got supplier pricing on mine and still paid more than that.

Miss that $300 flat sales tax in South Carolina. I'm assuming your getting roughly 3K+ off sticker, if so its a good deal.
