Camaro performance summary

Made a collage of some performance numbers off the DIC that IMO do a pretty good job of summarizing the performance of the 2016 SS.
When i get a mount I'll have take a pic of me pulling over a G around a turn and I think that will complete the collage.

You should include the picture of your 0-60 time in your signature. There are a few people on this forum who insist the manual is so much slower than the 8 speed automatic. That proves it's not only AS fast, but may be a bit faster!

I was getting 21.7 mpg in my SS...I was feeling groovy til I seen that!
I was getting 21.5ish in my 2014 V6 LT so getting the same in my SS was a win for me.

Ender, the 3.6 0-60 is killer man!

How sure are we that the in car timer is 100% accurate? I ask because I know that other cars go by wheel speed, so you can have a bunch of wheel spin and churn out times that are lower than what you actually did in the 0-60.

Not trying to upset anyone but wheel speed and ground speed aren't the same, he may be that fast but a 1/4 slip will prove it.

What's your secret for such a good acceleration ?

I've only pulled a 3.6 and 3.7 once :( my usual time is 3.9 and 4.0 but I imagine when I get my new wheels and tires I'll be at the 3.7 more consistently.

I posted a video of me doing a 3.9 and you can very clearly see that spin going in to second does not trigger the 0-60 timer to stop.

ehhh...I would think it uses the front wheels for its measurement, that would be kinda a no brainer on a RWD vehicle well...at least in my own brain.

The two videos I took and posted you sadly cannot see the tachometer when I'm launching, mainly because the only way I can mount the phone is with damn zip ties.
However the exhaust is pretty loud and u can hear i dont rev high to get off the line and i dont spin.
I live in the desert and during summer there isn't any adhesive based mount that will stick. I just ordered a suction based one so hopefully that works and I'll be able to post a video that includes the gauges.

No Brainer? You must have a better brain than me because I didn't think of that :(
