No usb power and no Apple car play

Both USB ports have no power, I have tried 3 cables that all work on my home charger. Help

have you tried just sticking a usb thumb drive in there with some music on it to see it that works? just to possibly weed out a cable compatibility issue.

Only think I can think it could be is one of the bcm fuse maybe..

Bad fuse is my guess.

Just checked both fuse banks and found no bad fuse. Guess it's time to go to the dealer.

My passenger side USB stopped working with my Iphone and apple carplay. I then switched the cable and the driver side works. Must be a defect.

Do a search...there's already a TSB for this and I for one have a thread up about it.

Basically, no replacement parts available yet.

Let the fun begin, I have an appointment Monday for the service department to look at the issue. I mentioned the TSB and he said that they may need to update the software. I hope the Tech is better than that.

Update,
I canceled my service appointment, I plugged my phone in after 5 days and now it works again. I guess I'll wait until it stops working again.

I'm sure it wasn't working for several days and tried 3 cables. Now it works again, how long will it work????
