Window Scuff/scratch

My wife noticed a scuff/scratch on the new Camaro the day I brought it home. Its located on passenger side window just above door handle. Looks like a smudge but it won't rub out and is only seen from certain angles. Has anyone else had anything like this? It does not feel like a scratch.

Got one on my windshield. Can't feel it, but it won't rub out. Hoping it can buff out since you can't feel it and it's very small.

Yeah it won't be a warranty item and the dealer I purchased it from is 230 miles away. I can only see it from the outside, its unnoticeable from inside the car

Guess what? The windshield now has a crack directly below HUD starting from the inside. Super! At least this will be warranty

Good morning Socalpilot,

I regret to hear that you’re experiencing these concerns with your new Camaro, and I apologize for the inconvenience of having to visit the dealership so soon. If you’re interested, I would happy to help facilitate a service appointment with your preferred dealer.

Please feel free to follow up with a private message.

Best,
Lauren E

UPDATED:
Went to the dealer (Harbor Chevrolet in Long Beach). The service personnel were absolutely FANTASTIC!! The windshield is being replaced with a factory replacement and will be installed within a week. No one seems to know what could have caused the scuff on the side window so that one Im going to have and live with unfortunately. Its not visible when in the car and barely visible when outside (light has to be hitting it just right). Its definitely great to know I found a good service department though.
