2SS, recirculating seats

Anyone know how this system works? Just curious, sorry if this has already been posted.

I'm assuming you mean the cooled seat, There is a fan mounted in the seat that blows air through the seat and just the movement of air cools the seat.

It works best when you have the AC set to floor vents, so the cold air from the AC is pushed under the seat so the fan has cooler air to push through.

This is a great tip that not enough people know. The vented seats in my SS Sedan are almost useless but if you turn on the floor vents as well they work a little bit at least.

Absolutely. I only feel air when I have a think t-shirt and shorts on. Otherwise, nothing. I'll try the floor vent trick.

I am in South Florida, I never use the heat but the ventilated seats are a great feature for folks down here. I feel them cool the seat bottom and back pretty well at the higher settings.

They're not really under the seat that anyone can take a picture. They're built into the seat cushion.

If you raise the seat to the highest level you can see them, they arent anything fancy, look like a computer cooling fan just a bit larger
