How Do I Adjust Volume on NAV/Chimes

For some reason I am not finding the volume setting for turning down the volume on the Chimes and NAV voice? She is very pleasant and actually says "please" turn left or right, its just that she is a bit loud. I also had the chimes alerting me of a road closure and that was so loud I almost came outa my seat!

From the owners manual, p.136.

In the Vehicle Personalization menu in myLink

Comfort and Convenience
Select and the following may
display:
. Auto Memory Recall
. Easy Exit Options
. Chime Volume
. Reverse Tilt Mirror

For the NAV voice, if you adjust the volume while she's talking, it changes her volume permanently.
