Gen6 HUD vibrations?!

So I had an awesome aftermarket audio setup in my 2SS 5th gen... I also had a solid stock HUD!

My 6th gen, not so much! :(

With the stock Bose system volume at 65%+ the HUD display vibrates to the music! Like when the bass drum hits or bouncy basslines play.. It's a slight vibration that makes the display look "fuzzy" while the beat plays... At 1st I thought my eyes were bugging out, then after a week & a new pair of glasses, I realized it was the music causing this vibration in HUD.

This isn't normal.

I tried recording video of this tragedy, but it doesn't show well... With the radio off, the HUD is fine, but I paid almost $50k to have all the features I had on my 5th gen...on my 6th gen, to work the same or better, not worse.

I am waiting for my 1st oil change to bring it in, but.... I know they will say "we couldn't replicate it", blah blah.. I'm actually pissed off already. I will have to find the right song that really shows it, & have them sit with the music full blast lol

Will they have to take dash completely apart to replace?

Please take time to observe in your 2SS, music all the way up & stare at HUD.. Easier to see if you have the radio info/source option shown in HUD.

Does anyone have any issues like this?

Mine started vibrating after I installed a cat back and was wondering how bad it will get with headers/high flow cats.

Maybe I should get a poll going... Want to see how many others have this & also like to hear from those who have tested & confirmed no vibrations..

Mine does not do this. Other issues, yes. But not HUD related.

What dealer are you going to take it to?

I work in Fort Pierce so it will be Dyer on us1... Same place I used to take my 5th gen. But i want to gauge everyone on this forum first, to get idea of how widespread the issue is, before bringing it in for this issue.

There is a whole thread of people complaining of double image, off level HUD's. I'd bet they also vibrate at loud volumes. Mine has all of those concerns.
