It was on for over 100 miles. Stopped to get gas, it went out.

Do you have an auto parts store nearby that will read codes with a scan tool? I've had Autozone do it in the past. Not knowing would be driving me crazy even for 24 hours.

Autozone is less than 2 miles away. It will sit in the garage until I drive it to the dealer.

Since I bought it from Becky the only local dealer I trust has put me on a waiting list to get a loaner, and since the light has gone away after I got gas, nothing showed up when I stopped by Autozone today. Maybe my Range device has gone bad. I unplugged it on Saturday before starting the car though, and the light was still on.

It's at the dealer now. Stored code had to do with the transmission control module.
