JANNETTY RACING 16 M6 Magnuson Heartbeat ARH Headers exhaust combo

We just finished and delivered Lesbaer's beautiful Grey 16 M6 camaro.

We installed the Magnuson Heartbeat kit, along with ARH 1 7/8 coated LT headers, high flow cats and x pipe to factory NPP muffler.

We had the opportunity to dyno it stock, then with the ARH Headers and exhaust,, then with the Heartbeat on the as delivered tune, then I re-tuned it for final numbers.

Stock 418 RWHP 417 RWTQ

ARH 438 RWHP 440 RWTQ

Heartbeat and ARH 563 RWHP 544 RWTQ

Gain of 145 RWHP 127 RWTQ

Ted maybe I missed it but if you could answer this question for me:

How much boost to be able to get these results?

Thanks.

Got back last night after driving the car up to Boston (and pretty much all over the south shore of MA all weekend) and I still have spaghetti legs. It's amazing and I kept it at the stock boost - but remember every car could have slightly different results. While I could push this higher, I'm very, very happy with it right here. It's exactly where this car should be in my opinion. It's still well balanced, and can be civilized and a wolf in sheep's clothing without over-stressing the engine.

The headers make it so loud on track mode (it's sounds very intimidating) and the NPP still works to quiet it down at the push of a button. I let my best friend that I grew up with drive it. He had a hot-rodded IROC when we were kids. As we were going through a tunnel in Boston (enjoying the echo of course) two under-cover staties put their lights on, then pulled up next to us. "Sounds great!" they said and then drove off without even asking for our licenses. Yes, it's really that good - even in 5th and 6th.

On my way up there I also happened to run into a C7 Z06. All that I'm going to say is that I'm sure I left at least one person scratching his head. I'm not sure that I could've had a better a day

It was a 3 hour trip up there and we literally drove all over the place until 8pm. Silky smooth, no temp fluctuations, no nothing, except two grown men who's faces hurt from smiling and laughing so much. I drove home for another 3 hours yesterday and commuted into work this morning (1 hr) and it's all good. I also have to say that I was very surprised how well the stock wheels and tires stayed connected. I only have about 1600 miles on them. We did not try launching the car, but hammered it in every gear. You won't lose grip unless you really go nuts in 1st or 2nd, so I'm actually rethinking the need for my planned 20x10, 20x11 wheel upgrade and might not go as wide to save weight...we'll see.

HUGE THANK YOU to Ted and his team. They're good, professional people who do what they say they'll do. Listen to the man because he knows what he's doing and he genuinely wants to make you happy. He's also literally the one who's tuning your car and not just a name. In Ted I trust

JANNETTY RACING 16 M6 Magnuson Heartbeat ARH Headers exhaust combo

Wow... Newb question, but what supporting parts would be needed on a stock SS when going the supercharger route??

I would also like to know how much total an upgrade like this would cost, including supercharger, extra supporting parts(if needed), & install?

None, everything is included.

This Kit bolts on any Stock 2016 Camaro.

Please give me a call 203-753-7223 or email me tedj@jannettyracing.com for a quote for your car.

Thank you
Ted.

Ted, what are people doing for fuel management on the 6th gen? What options are available to date?

There is enough fuel to cover about 650 ft.lb of torque with the as delivered fuel system.

We have used Meth injection as a fuel supplement with SC.

Most of the big power builds are using some sort of supplemental fuel system in boost.

There are cams with larger lobes to run the fuel pump harder.

The Z06 pump and injectors can be used I hear but have not done it myself..

Hope this helps.

It does, thank you. I was just curious about the fuel management on the 6th gen. Was also wondering what the stock system could support. But you answered that.

Thanks again
