What extras were offered with the car?

Hey everyone,

When you bought your Camaro, what extra protection packages did the dealer sell you? Waste of money? Highly recommended?

Thanks

Total waste of money, usually a 300-400 pct profit item. Go to autogeek or any detail site and buy the paint protection for under $50 and the interior protection under $35.

The other problem is true protection for paint is a skilled application, and these are usually done in dealerships by minimum-wage workers.

I got the 4 year tire warranty anything that I may run over that shouldn't be on road from nails to potholes that damage the tire are covered with new tire. And rim protection if the rims get scratched or damaged from anything including potholes other than a curb I get a free replacement rim. Having the black 20" upgraded twin spoke rims and eagle f1 run flat tires I think it was worth it considering the potholes in Winnipeg. I also opted with undercoating underneath. I did third party interior and paint protection.

It's not all noise dampening and since it is my daily driver and Winnipeg has a harsh climate I decided to protect the underneath from rust.

How many tires does it cover? The OEM tires will be lone gone by 10k miles, which may only be a year or two if you drive your car

Never stated how many was told 4 years total my car has the Goodyear Eagles f1 run flats. I think they should last for a fairly long time if cared for.

They included it as part of my deal at no cost to me so I don't know what it normally runs.
