6th Gen Camaro SS OWNING the podiums in 2016 | JDP Motorsports
The JDP Motorsports team has been repping the 6th Gen Camaro SS with all that we've got. Jordan has wheeled this brand new platform with basic bolt ons and some JDP tuning into finishes of 3rd Overall in GT at the Thunder Hill USCA Event, 1st overall at the NMCA WEST event in Fontana and just this last weekend Jordan and our 6th Gen took 2nd place overall in GT at the second Optima Batteries USCA Event of the year in Las Vegas. We took 1st place in the speed stop event thanks to our JDP Motorsports BIG brake system (coming soon to a door step near you).
![]() ![]() ![]() You know that old saying, "the proof is in the pudding", well JDP Motorsports doesn't just slang parts. We are out testing and fine tuning the perfect combinations for your Camaro so that you don't have to guess which parts work. We always have and always will bring you quality products, fair prices and first hand expert knowledge. 6th Gen Camaros and JDP Motorsports are a killer combo. Get ahold of us any time by phone, email or PM and let us help you get your car on the podiums as well All the best, Jared Royce 801.545.4215 Last edited by JDP Sales; 04-27-2016 at 10:54 AM. |

It's great to have companies like JDP out running in this series and using it as a testbed for product development. Competing in these events is certainly not the cheapest way to develop products and packages, especially if other companies just opt to re-package someone else's product and call it their own without any further testing. However, there's a greater degree of confidence for everyone involved that comes with buying and using products that have been proven on a track, especially in the Las Vegas heat!
Jordan has now qualified to run in our year-end grand finale in Las Vegas, which will also include 10 cars invited directly from the SEMA Show floor. Folks often ask us why we don't invite more cars from SEMA, as we did in the early years of the OUSCI (this will be our ninth year). The simple answer is that it's not easy to find 10 cars at the SEMA show, that are capable of being driven hard on a race track, have companies behind them that are confident their parts will hold up and owners & builders who are willing to put themselves and their vehicles in front of a national TV audience. The first couple of years were eye-opening for a lot of people in the aftermarket industry, as many cars couldn't finish the event, which includes running on a road course, accelerating and braking in a speed stop competition and idling in bumper to bumper traffic on the Las Vegas strip. Fortunately, there are enough, like JDP, who are willing to put themselves and their products to the test, that we've been able to make a series out of these events. Thank you Jordan for being a part of it all! Jim McIlvaine eCare Manager, OPTIMA Batteries www.instagram.com/optimabatteries |

You are right, it is very risky to go out and put your neck on the line in nationally televised events. We just feel like we owe it to our customers to know the parts we sell, inside and out. We break stuff so that other people won't have to. We owe a HUGE THANK YOU to Jim, OPTIMA Batteries and all of the people involved in putting the series together and to Camaro5-6 members that believe there is value in buying from a company that KNOWS the products as up close and personal as we do. Not to be forgotten are all of the manufacturers who put in the hours to make the products that make us competitive. Big things to come!!! All the best, Jared Royce 801.545.4215 |
