Daily driving the 1le

What do you think the daily driving on the 1le would be like ? Let's say you only tracked it twice a month would the other times be to ruff ?

Nobody knows yet. All we know is it's gonna be stiffer than the regular SS. By how much, who knows. I plan on driving mine all the time as well.

Its still a road car, but it is marketed as a weekend track car. and remember it will have MRC so you'll be able to dial back

The Gen 6 1LE with mag ride is I'm sure going to be at least as tolerable if not more than the last gen 1LE. I daily drive mine and it's honestly the most fun DD I've ever had. Getting to and from work are usually the highlights of my day. I've never understood the people that buy a track package and then complain the ride is too stiff for DD.

I truly don't think it'll be bad at all. The car handles bumps and unsettling of the car REALLY well. It's one of Alphas well known attributes. Plus, the MRC will make it more than enjoyable as well.

I'm really excited to me this is just the perfect car for the money something that I would want to keep for a long long time, my escrow closes on may 14th and i'll be in line for this one, I do wish I would be able to test drive it but I doubt they will let you.

Whats the best way to protect those wheels? from theft? just locks? those are rims off a bat mobile

I plan on daily driving it. Even if I need to get an alternate set of wheels and tires with some all season tires. Hell I buy new takeoff V6 RS 245 wheels and tires and daily drive those in the winter if needed.

With mag ride, I don't think the ride will be at all harsh on the normal or soft mode for daily drives. The wheels and tires may make you feel the road a bit more but that is done on purpose. We LIVE to feel the road and become one with it and the car. If you don't feel this way, why pay extra $$$ for the package?

I plan to daily drive it and probably only track it a couple of times a year at most. I am sure the magride will make it a great cruiser as well.

It has Mag Ride so she will probably ride as good or better than the Gen 5 ZL1.

Do we know that these rims will clear the 6 piston brakes? If so this is what I'm doing.
