NPP A8 and redline shift sound

I'm still in the breaking period but I have tried a few full throttle runs to about 100mph(doesn't take long). When the car shifts to next gear there is a very noticeable exhaust loud shutter noise. Do other hear this and what is it?

Traded my C6 corvette in for this car and I'm very happy with the new car.

It's totally normal. They call it barking over at the corvette forum.

Mine, even without NPP has a noticeable pop between shifts. As stated earlier, it's totally normal and I believe it's due to TM cutting fuel or spark during shift.

I absolutely love that sound. I've noticed if I accelerate a little harder up to 30 MPH and let off I'll get the very satisfying backfire pop.
