SS Torque Vectoring operation by Driving Modes.

There is not much information about the Torque Vectoring System incorporated into the SS. As per the description on the Owner's Manual it seems like it would only work in Track Mode with reduced Stability Control, but my impression during a test drive is that it works in Tour Mode as well because it feels like the car pulls to the inside on hard cornering.

This is the desription on the Chevrolet Site:

"Torque Vectoring
The advanced braking system incorporates torque vectoring (Competitive Braking Mode on SS models) which brakes the rear inside wheel to increase agility and help pivot the car into a turn. On tight courses, it will help Camaro reach a higher level of driver control and nimbleness."

Does any one know for sure what do they mean by "Competitive Braking Mode" ? As per the Owner's Manual it seems like it would only work when on Track Mode with Reduced Stability Control.

And if Torque Vectoring does work on all driving modes?

its a "workaround" eLSD that uses the brakes to act as an LSD... unfortunately instead of channelling power away from inside tire it applies the brake instead... so more brake wear and a loss of power efficiency
