Can anyone let me know what comes with this? Are the knee pads 4 pieces?

Yes, four pieces; two on console, and one for each door. I just wish they made blue ones. I saw a photo somewhere of blue ones, but I guess they decided not to market them...

I really want these, I rest my knee against the console and it would really help with my comfort.

When you do get them, do you mind doing a review and telling us all how comfortable and padded they are?

The kneepads are a color change but they are not a major comfort change. They are the exact same make up as the black ones they come standard in the 2LT series They are softer than the black ones in the 1 series LT that are hard plastic. But don't look for them to be a massive upgrade in flexibilty.

I've been wondering, since these are RPO are there similar plastic parts taken off during installation?
If so, could you just upholster those instead of buying the kit?

Aren't the black suede (Alcantara) ones softer? If I can't find blue, I'm getting suede black, and I sure hope it's softer!

I do have a 1LT so mine are currently hard plastic :(

That's what my 1SS has also. They aren't very comfortable to be called "knee pads!"
