HYPER Drive!!

I said goodbye to my 2011 1SS yesterday and picked up a loaded 2016 2SS. I test drove the car about a week ago and really liked it. It took a week of playing the "old price" game, but the dealership finally came around.

It's going to a very very nice detailing company here in Houston tomorrow for the following:

-Paint correction
-XPEL Ultimate film on the front half
-C.Quartz Finest ceramic coating

I'm sad that I'll have to hand it off to someone else so soon, but it's definitely worth it to keep it protected and looking amazing.

Here are some cell phone pictures from when I made the swap. I will post some professional pictures after the detail. If you have any Q's just ask.

Lol, that did cross my mind. The company is owned by a very stand up guy and I trust them 100%. That being said, OnStar remote link is installed on my phone. I can check location, mileage and fuel usage on that.

That's good. when I drop mine off, I do a quick video walkaround with my phone. Takes 30 seconds.
Even better if it's done with the shop in the background.

You just never know..

That's an awesome color combo. Love the Kalahari interior.

Congrats on the new car. Crazy seeing how much bigger the old looks vs the new.

6th Gen is a much better looking car than the 5th gen. Just not a fan of the rear. Once I see them with the optional black taillights I'm sure my opinion will change.

Thanks. There definitely is a noticeable difference in the size of the two cars. I'm in the same boat on the rear of the car are as a lot of people, but it is growing on me.

The rear end looks much better in person than it does in the pictures.
