Wireless charging issue?

Is there something I'm missing? I have 2 Galaxy S5 phones, and neither will charge on the wireless dock. I removed the phone cases and everything and I had no luck. The S5 is a compatible phone.

I followed all instructions. Is there something else I am missing. FYI, I am trying it while the car is running.

Do you have a wireless rear cover on those S5's? The S5 does not have built in wireless charging capabilities.

I got it. I had to wiggle the phone around a little bit and boom! It worked. Now it seem to work flawlessly. I guess getting it to work the first shot was the trick?

I can't wait till the Iphone works for this. Hopefully soon. I just bought a new Iphone 6S last week. Now, the Apple carplay works AWESOME!!!

I guess what I don't get is the Apple Iphone is one of the most popular phones out there BUT it doesn't work on the wireless charging pad????

What up with that?????

Apple doesn't offer wireless charging in any of their devices built in...should have bought a Samsung, best phones out there!

Mine isn't working with my Samsung Edge Plus (phone has wireless charging). How did you wiggle your phone to make it work because I couldn't figure it out.

U can buy a wireless caes for them, but I have a feeling that most new iphone 6 phones are too big to fit in the wireless car charging mat. My nephews galaxy 6 is too big too fit as is my galaxy note edge.

Edge + is same size as Note5 and it's been pointed out these phones are too large to fit on the pad to charge.

The wireless receiver is not in the middle of some phones like you would think. Try positioning it higher or lower than the middle of the pad.

Okay I'll give it a shot. All I did was put it in and notice it wasn't working so I put it in the opposite way. I'll mess around with it a bit more.

I have a galaxy s6 with a leather sleeve that I leave it, fits snug and charges.
