VMS CATCH CAN

Just got mine today. Nicely made and attractive product. Particularly like the internal construction with baffles instead of media like steel wool. Beautiful welding and finish.

Catch can

E-Ray:

Have you ever heard of Google. If you have, it's not too difficult to view it on VMS website.

Eray is right ray b lol. Its proper to post a real pic. Website from the company is biased as heck and we want to see what the customer ends up getting. So many fake reviews/biased vids out there mate.

Boilermaker128.

I hear you but not sure how to do that and my Nikon resolution is so high, the server may not take it. Help.
In the meantime, I will say that the photos on the VMS website do the catchcan justice. Actually, it looks better that the pics.

So let me get this straight...you just want to make a statement about the good quality of a product on a forum of like minded individuals and then get pissy when we are interested to hear and see more?

Thanks for the one liner review. Sorry we bugged you.

I asked for help above to post the pictures. I did not need to hear twice that my post was unacceptable. If you want to help, tell me how to insert pictures rather than making smart ass remarks

I figured it out. Kit and closeup of Catch can pictured. When I find the instructions in this Christmas mess, I will try to post but suffice it to say since there is now way of showing it, there are plates inside that help the oil mist not rise up to the exit port. VMS has not gotten back to me on how to care/replace the breather filter.

You may not be able to use the breather on your catch can. The 5th Gens have a sealed PCV system. Air is drawn from the intake tube behind the MAF to one side of the engine and then pulled from the other side of the engine into the intake manifold. If the breather allows the engine to pull unmetered air into the can and then into the intake manifold it could throw the computer off a bit. I see the kit came with a plug that you could use to replace the breather if you have problems.

Thanks for the heads up. Yes, you do not have to use the breather. There is a plug. Also going to look into some type of valve for the bottom of the can.
