Nice. My dealership gave me a "military" (veteran/DoD employee) discount back when I first ordered. It came out to 4.08%.

Question:
Just talked to my dealer today since my car is due to arrive at the dealership in the next few days and he said 'yes, GM has the 2016 Camaro on the military discount list, but dealers do NOT honor it because there are NO discounts on the Camaros' Since it is a GM dealership, aren't they required to honor GM discounts? Or is this a dealer by dealer thing?

Dealer participation in any of the Pricing Programs is voluntary which is why it is important to work with a dealer who participates. Most are located near assembly plants, engineering and offices. For example, I doubt one could find a Big Three dealer near me who does not participate but there are large areas of the country with no participating dealers.
