Delivery processing order?
Does anyone happen to know in what order that they are shipping the finished Camaros? It's certainly not by the date that they were produced; I'm thinking that they are shipping the train deliveries first and the truck deliveries after.
And has anyone near the Ohio area hit 4200/4300 yet?

Even the ones at 4200/4300 have just been moved to a railyard or something. None of them are "shipped" or invoiced yet.

This could be interesting to follow up on. I believe there was a time that Chevy tried to ship in a way that early deliveries would happen within a day or two of each other. When the new Stingray came out a few of the early ordering people indicated they would post back when their order arrived and some did. But the test did not work because there was a QC issue and a couple thousand builds were driven to Nashville until the issue was resolved. That resulted in builds going in the same direction intermixed with ones going in a different direction.
So when builds arrive at the dealership a post in this thread will help determine if Chevy is trying to get a uniform across the country dispersal. Laborsmith |

Just to confirm- ZERO Camaros are enroute to dealers, as of yet?

Unless the statuses are simply not up to date on what is really going on right now...then yes, it appears they aren't moving.
I'd expect them to start moving next week. if not, that's going to really suck a lot.

Well what the heck, I thought that they said that they were going to start shipping by the end of last week? Isn't that what they said at the ceremony at the plant?

To be honest I will never pre order a vehicle again after this. Such a garbage process.Not enough information, options becoming available AFTER I placed my order, prices changing on options AFTER selecting them. I have hated every bit of this.

ALL new vehicle launches are like this. If GM was smart, they wouldn't allow special orders until the plant was up to capacity and the shipping pipelines were full. That way people couldn't complain about the process.
