I'd just assume its a regular 2016 tester that they haven't spent the time or money on 'normalizing'

Good lord why does every camo'd car have to be GM "hiding" something?

It takes a lot of freaking effort to pull the camo off these cars. That's why it's still on there. There are still CT6 IVERs running around in black and white camo and that car's been revealed for months.

It's probably just a normal LT and the engineers being lazy.

Looks like a Mule with the mounting Velcro areas for the black leather covers still in place. Nothing more.

Exactly this! They still test with the mules.
