LED tail light bulbs

Just tried to change out the rear tail light bulbs on my '11 2SS with Pilot Automotive LEDs and found that the factory bulbs were just as bright if not brighter than these expensive LED bulbs..........

Anyone else have this experience?

Sorry, I didn't bother to take pics....I only changed the right sides and then put the factory ones back in.....

Look at my thread i made the other day. You need high powered cree led to beat the stock bulbs by a long shot. Cree bulbs are going for $40 us roughly for a pair. Look for 80w cree white led
