Fancy an Old Chevy with low or even Zero miles?
This is unbelievable but true. In Nebraska, a Chevrolet dealership that wasn't very good at selling cars, closed its doors for good in 1996, leaving all the 400 or so cars that hadn't sold just sitting. Now these cars, some with zero miles and dating back to the 40's are due to hit the auction block this September.

Depending on how and where these were stored, these should command mega bucks.
So many are desirable models and body styles, to have the foresight to save them is just unbelievable. |

Few of the ~500 cars were new/unsold and stored indoors. Most of the cars were ones they'd taken as trade-ins that they just parked out in a field and left there to rot. Most likely all Flintstone-mobiles now.

My uncle manages a gm dealership back in Ohio, the owner has a 70s vette that has never left the show room floor cause he will not sell it. Apparently gm sends notices to the dealership from time to time questioning why the car has yet to be sold, lol
