I see this crap at the gym all the time, idiots that think they are bad asses and can lift the world, and do it with no spotter..

I don't feel bad for them, all I can think when I see it; that is a load his mom should have considered swallowing, because if he is that stupid at weight lifting, one can only imagine how other aspects of his life are lead.

common sense = so rare it should be considered a super power in those that possess it.

I too see this crap all the time at the gym. I dont feel one bit sorry for them and I surely dont go running to help.

I used the Bowflex for years but it kind fell apart so I go to my local gym now and then. I am estimating by what is on his barbell that the kid in this video was lifting around 200 lbs. Way too much weight with no spotter imho.

I think it was to much weight for him period, he doesn't seem like he knows what he is doing and to me, although looks can be decieving, he seems kind of scrawny .

The pauses between struggling with the weights and shouting is what gets me. What I don't understand is why he didn't just lower the weights down to his waist and then sit up from there...
