Good bye......
My wife and I finally sold our 2011 2SS. It was a great car overall. We really loved the looks of the 5th gens. But, we both decided that we really wanted something different - she a convertible, and me a SC'd muscle car. So we ended up with a '12 GT500 vert!. We got a great price on a new '12, and could not wait for the ZL1 verts. Plus, being that I am tall, I never did get use to laying down in the seats. Also, for about 10k more, I got a car that runs like I expect it should from the factory (for the money), without having to void my warranty on expensive upgrades (i.e. cam, heads, throttlebody, CAI, tune, etc...). Again, we really like the looks of the gen5's, but the performance and application lent itself to the mustang in the end.
One other thing worth mentioning, the Camaro 5 forums are the best! With all of the cars that I have owned, and visiting the those other vehicle specific forums, this one ranks at the top. Many good people here to help others and get the word out on Camaro topics. Good luck, and enjoy those gen5's! |

hey man sad to see the Camaro go, ut the GT500 is a beautiful beast. No way anyone can knock the GT500 in looks or performance. The 2013 is even better but the 12s are great cars. Good choice man, glad you sticked with Domestic!
