Why cant I see

My Gauges seem to be hiding behind the steering wheel no matter how I sit or how I adjust the seat.

I am 6'2 and unless I raise the wheel to highest position (not comfortable by any means), the top of the wheel blocks the speedo. I can see the rpm gauge from about 3500+ which is ok. So far I have had to rely on the lcd gauge tp determine my speed. Anyone else have this issue?

Other than that this beast is a blast

Weird, I'm the same height and have no problems. Perhaps you are sitting too close or your seat height needs to be lowered.

I have tried different seat heights and same thing. For me I am most comfortable with the seat in the lowest position (not a ton of headroom). I am pretty far back with the wheel fully extended. I will have to try some more positions but I feel like I have tried everything. Seems like no matter how I sit the top of wheel is blocking the speedo

I am 5ft 101/2 in. I have my seat at the lowest and the steering set at the highest and closest to the dash. I can see the speedometer and tach good. Have you rasied the steering wheel?

Thanks for the input. If I move the wheel up real high i can see the gauges well but I do not like having the wheel up high. Sounds like I need to try some more adjustments.

Im about 6 ft. and have the same problem as you. My seat is all the way down and steering wheel is at its lowest. Most comfortable position for me and i can't see the gauges either. The only thing that works is ducking down to see which is a minor PITA.

Glad I am not the only one! fortunately i can see the upper end of the rpm gauge. The speedo is pretty much useless the way I have it now. Thankfully the computer has been working well but it is cool to see the analog speedo if possible. I am still going to try some other configs.

I don't know if this helps, but the wheel is telescoping as well as tilt...

I have the tilt adjusted slightly higher than I normally would so that I have a clear view. Try adjusting the telescoping closer to the dash like FL1CK suggested. That might help too.

There is gauges up there?

I have never used the analog speedometer, I just usually have the center DIC set on the speedo, I have also heard a rumor that these things have a HUD option.

All kidding aside if I wanted to I can also hook up the ol' trusti Nuvi navigator and just set it on speedometer, heck it is more accurate than the one in the car anyways.

Talk about learning new stuff! I too can't see worth beans on any of the dials, so I just rely on the HUD. In fact, while I did know that I could tilt the wheel up or down, I didn't know there was a telescopic feature associated as well!

Gonna have to give that a try; is it regulated by the same lever as the tilt positioning? Otherwise, I'll have to partake of a time-honored acronym (RTFM).
