7.5 is where is should be and a boost gauge can be off just a bit.

You should consider my fuel line upgrade kit.

Ted.

What pulley with headers and a cam get you to 8 psi? I'm doing all the fuel upgrades injectors, dual pump, jre kit. I have the 3.5 now.

Check with 2010 SS RS (Larry).

He has had his E-Force for a while and it puts out some serious HP and TQ numbers...

You have to be careful with changing pulleys on E-Force since the Boost rise is pretty substantial.

Here is an example of the boost curve seen in GREEN on the graph, this is an LS3 with a Rotofab and a 3.25 pulley and LT headers with High flow cats.

You can see it reaches 13 psi.

Would you consider this one a safe build? That 571 HP looks pretty good. What kind of fuel?

This particular car runs on 100 octane fuel, so it is SAFE

I would not run the 3.25 pulley on pump gas for sure.

This is with the stock cam

I have an LS3 and so far kept it stock (E-Force tune), except for a cat-back exhaust and suspension mods.

My boost gauge usually indicates between 6 to 7 psi under WOT.

My plan was to run it a year with E's warranty and watch what the other installs are doing and figure out how to tweak it the best way. I'm sure I'll dyno tune it, add CAI and headers before I'm done.

I'm definitely going to be running pump gas, mostly street driving with occasional track time. Glad to see someone warn against dropping the pulley down. Seems like the first thing most people say, especially if you tell them you want headers is that you must drop the pulley down. Can I keep my stock E-Force (LS3) pulley and add headers? or will my boost drop off too much?

My next hp goal is somewhere between 520 and 550 rwhp. I'm around 470 right now. I'd like to keep boost under 8 psi. I've read all about your fuel rail upgrade, also seen you recommend the voltage regulator. Any other recommendations?

TWO SS, not trying to steal your thread, but thought this info would be of interest to your question too.
