ok i have google setup and put my picture in it, but how what do i have to do to get the screen image to show up here to show it to everyone?.

You can use Ctrl + Printscreen and paste it into a photo program. If you dont have a photo program you can use MS Paint. Then upload the image to some site like Photobucket and then past the link here using the IMG tags.
