Suitcase exhaust holes

I just noticed two small pinholes at the inlet side of the suitcase exhaust box, one at each side. They look drilled, are they supposed to be there?

Yes. They are weep holes designed to allow moisture and condensation to escape and thus prevent your exhaust pipes from rusting out.

Yes. They’re weep holes to drain condensation out of the muffler.
