GM made the bet on the newer "slip-up converter" technology...and lost.

I’m going to call my dealership on Monday. See if they have the new kit. I do not have the shudder as bad as it used to be. Only happens in V4 mode.

Just got the new flush (the new fluid and procedure) done today. I had the old fluid flush before and it never fully went away. Not there on the way home, but we'll see if it lasts. I was told to give it 200 miles and come back in if it was still doing it after that. I'll post an update after 200 miles or when it comes back (if it does).

Ok, felt a slight vibration a few times today, between 40-45 MPH each time. The roads sucked so I found a new smooth road and tried it there and didn't feel anything.

Is the shudder consistent or random? Wondering if I should be worried. Was at 2610 miles, less than a second each time.

It’s consistent. You feel the vibration and you’re RPM will bounce when you feel it.

In it's early stages, random, but as you continue driving it will become consistent. Usually during light throttle acceleration between 40-50 mph. As soon as it becomes more noticeable, and you think the dealer can replicate the problem...take it in. Had the dealer do my '17 SS @ 3,200 miles and it took care of it.

Got her back with the new fluid, transmission feels definitely different, it’s sharper. I feel more confidence in it in sport mode. In tour I do notice it’s more of softer shifting. No shudder in V6 mode, slight shudder in V4. Yet again it’s only been 20 miles.

Mostly the same here after the new fluid so far. My car was starting to get sluggish when taking off from a stop (I stay in Sport all the time). No shudder at all for me so far. It's been 80 miles since the new fluid flush.

My C7 Grand Sport feels like it's starving after stoping and taking back off and then takes off not sure what the problem is and isnt consistent.
