Changed my oil today for the third time at 4,031 miles. I didn't realize that I was one week shy of a year since the last change until I looked at the date of the last change. Any way I was down to 5% after approximately 3,000 miles.

When I emptied the oil catch can I was surprised to see 3 to 4 ounces of oil in it. My Z typically only has about an ounce in the can at each change. Regardless I'm glad I added a catch can after buying the car given the amountof blow by..

Nurburgring to SK, your car is a world traveller! Probably seen more of the world than any other 6th.

I like the fender hash, I think it's the first I've seen them on a Bright Yellow.

Well today was Shower and Ceramic Detail Spray Day .
Here in the Desert She gets Dusty, I usually use my California Car Duster and Griots Speed Shine.
Every other month she gets a Shower at Soupy Suds Pull Thru . I spray her off then use the spot free water , today was wheel day as well . Dried her off in the 105 degree shade , drove her home and applied the Ceramic Detail Spray wheels too . A Pleasurable easy days work .
Now spending quality time visiting with Keith Stone.

Installed the Borla S-Type catback on my ZL1 today. It sounds incredible!
The stock exhaust was plenty loud for my taste, but it was kind of raspy at some ranges. Specifically between 2-3k RPM when you step on it, it kind of sounded like shit imo. With the S-Type, that raspiness has been replaced with pure thunder and throaty music. The cracks and pops are a bit louder and more sharp. And it's louder when the valves are closed, which is nice because with the stock exhaust you literally couldn't even hear the exhaust when cruising in 6th.

Had my oil changed, tires rotated and my cabin air filter replaced as apart of 1st complimentary service. Usually do it myself but the 0w40 oil and filters were $233 at my local Napa. I am now at 28k miles after 11 months of ownership. LT1 V8 is nice…I dream of a ZL1 in red.

I went for another drive tonight since I was getting some weird TC issues after the exhaust install. Has to be unrelated but it was pulling power earlier today even in a straight line. Not sure what was up with that.

Anyways, GOD DAMN it sounds soooo good. I was worried the S-Type wouldn't be loud enough but it's perfect. YouTube videos do not do it justice, at all.
