I’ve left mine plugged in since the day I took delivery from the dealership a year ago.. car sat in the garage on a tender all winter last year too, until April. Never skipped a beat. You’re good to leave it plugged in is my opinion based on my experience so far.

Changed the rear diff fluid for the 2nd time after the new rear diff replacement. Feels good to see the fluid not come out black as tar and looking somewhat like normal fluid when draining

Which fluid did you use with this new differential?

10-4034
10-4016
10-4108

These are what my local Chevrolet dealerships are giving me.. none have a definitive answer either.

GM likes to change part numbers plus they have a synthetic if I’m not mistaken which I’m sure is engineered for people who wait 50,000 miles to do their rear differential
