Though I agree 100% with you, my daily drive is like a short on-road hill rally and I've definitely noticed the difference without a doubt everything responds about 200% better when I get it tuned I can only imagine.

Hmm, looks like the taller gear built more boost and held it for a longer portion of the rpm curve. Seems to explain the higher output in 6th gear.

Found this surprising when i found out... Even at the LTG's power level a LSD should be considered basic equipment; that being said, the M6 is a joy to drive in these cars

Ha! Just sorta noticed there's alot of V8 guys interested in this! Awesomeness, don't see any benefit to the camaro community in bashing an engine choice... It's the wicked chasis thats the star of the show here!

No kidding i'm keeping my fingers crossed that we don't suffer from ATS detuning. Granted that's easy to fix with a tune but I can still feel a difference from bone stock and at SP0 with the mods so i'm optimistic.

I think all these so called performance minded cars should have the basic performance packages, factory installed or at least let it be an option to choose from when buying a so called performance vehicle .... LSD with a couple of gear choices should be a no brainer ...

Oct. 1st 2016 Dyno Pull

So if I can ever get my scan to computer operational again I will post the dyno print out here. Also I see someone posted big numbers from an LTG with an intake and exhaust setup I can back his claim up 100% and there are several members on Camaro5.com at todays Dyno Day that can backup the legitimacy of the dyno and operator should someone feel inclined.

Weather 10/01/2016:
45 to 55 Degrees
Sporadic Rain
Humidity: 80%

Baseline Dyno Date: 08/23/2016
Stock RWHP: 275
Stock RWTQ: 294
Stock Boost: 18.6 PSI

ZZP Hi-Flo Downpipe, VTC & Injen Intake Dyno Date: 10/1/2016
RWHP: 293.0 +18 RWHP
RWTQ: 319.6 +25.6 RWTQ
Boost: 22.95 PSI +4.35 PSI

What we did discover with these gains is there is factory ECM detuning in the higher gears for highway cruising. The car is not tuned we're assuming the boost is from the higher less restricted inlet and outlet airflow. All I can say is wow and i'm happy we had a Stock V8 run 443 RWHP similar torque. GM is obviously purposefully underrating these vehicles but they do have safeguards pre-tune to protect your engine as was evident with the higher gears we actually lost a minimal amount of power from the stock run in higher gears.

No worries lol. I have a few plans but nothing again til late spring early summer. Tune will be my next modification at that point. what these cars are running stock is crazy it already felt faster then my modded 5th Gen V6 but this pretty much proves it.

I do plan to do ZZP's LTG Performance Cams and a larger turbo at some point but ithink when I go with the larger turbo i'll need to upgrade the fuel pump.

Wait so the cars wasn't tuned just the boost turned up? But yeah lighter and way more torque will make it feel faster
