Hopefully, you can re-attach the broken connector properly, follow the appropriate re-learn procedure, and then write a real review.
It's a throttle body. I see this as a very mild mod.
I'd read that others had success without following the learn procedure so I figured I'd go that route first and then I can easily redo if necessary.

So I'm redoing...

I must say that I've been down the TB road a few times and decided to try one of these on my Vette (2019 Grand Sport). It 100% completely resolved the tip in issue and I'm blown away. Wish I had one when I had the ZLE, add me to the positive review list here.

Side note, I put my other ported TB on a friends Camaro and it had a broken tab. Interesting reading on here that this was common, and even MORE interesting that Mike was taking care of you. WOW.

Did you do the re-learn procedure or just slapped it on and drove it?

Glad to hear more positive reviews.

Hey bud, I did the relearn (popped the battery for a day, installed, then the procedure). I did notice for the first 100 miles some bumps in the curve, but that smoothed out nicely so I’d say the learn is a good idea.

THANKS!

I'm about 50 miles in and my "delay" has almost entirely gone away.
My gut tells me that I only now experience it when entering a new situation for the car to learn (which is far less frequent by now).

I think the mistake is mine for assuming that this TB was like the TMTB and that I could just slap it on and go. I think the Soler TB is some finely tuned gear and demands respect.

To those that are tempted to skip the re-learn (like me). Dont.

Installed tonight after I got back from my track alignment. Car is currently sitting with the battery unplugged (protip: Don't close the trunk in a ZLE after you disconnect the battery, lol).

I will start the relearn process sometime tomorrow and report back.

Just to double check, this is the only option for the ZL1?

Thanks
No, we have four standard configurations, -100 is a generic part number. Once you place your order will look at your entries of engine, transmission, mods and provide you w/ the best fit for your car based on previous experience.

I.e. stock ZL1 Auto gets -100, manual gets -080, if you have a stock SS you get the -060 and so on. For an SS supercharged we could provide a -080 too. It depends.

If you are heavily Mod, we'll try something according to your power level or maybe a custom one. Again, it depends.

Bottom line, you end up with the maximum airflow your hardware and tune can accept.

Thanks,

How do I know which one I got? All the paperwork says 100 which is for the auto, but I have a manual?

I didn't look at the sticker on the TB before installing and now it's invisible/on the bottom.

This company is ridiculous... Mike answered my email with the above question within about 15 minutes and reassured me that I have the right part.

Excited to try it out.
