Race The Runway 2017, held at Russ Beach Smith Falls airport, was announced on boxing day: August 12, 2017

120-130 cars will get 3 runs on a timed 1/2 mile (standing start)
I would like the chance to run my stock 2.0 in the half mile this year so I'll be trying for a ticket this year; if anyone is interested I hear spots go fast... Registration hasn't been opened yet...

Also an open registration car show on the grounds to see 150+ cars

It's a good time for sure, been going for 3 years now. There's always some awesome high dollar stuff making runs as well as crazy sleepers ect... One day never seems like enough to see all the cars AND watch the runs; believe the air museum also displays a few aircraft to check out... I'm always too busy with the cars

Do it! The more 6th gen LTGs that try for a ticket the better our chances of seeing some numbers around here!

Even if I don't get to run this year, I'll show my car and will be lurking around (probably under an umbrella, it gets damn hot and there's zero shade)... Its a 15min drive for me

No I got the base of the base 1LT. I got the tech package w/ bose premium sound (which makes me randy). I literally got the only 1LT AUTO black with the tech package in CT (at the time i got it). And this is exactly what i wanted. and i will say

It is (explicative) amazing.

I would never do such a thing. It would be awesome though it's rare to see a CT guy go to much outside CT. Besides I could hook up with you along the way and it'd be 2x faster with us beating on the traffic.
