The HPFP seal is non serviceable. You need a new pump.

It may be completely random but you need to check fuel pump preload when you put it back together to make sure it isn't bottoming out the pump or running with a bunch of lash.

Ok guys update, big huge thanks go out to everyone that tried to guide.and help me, mega aka Jason SBT, Kinglt1, Brett, and Katech Mike!!!! But he hit the nail on the head it was indeed my pump seals had failed just dumping raw fuel into the crankcase. I got out almost 14 qts and i only had put in 9 while breakin in the motor. So changed the oil 4 times in the last hour and then put in fresh oil and filter. New plugs, cleaned O2s, cleaned out the manifold and heads. New hpfp, pipes, and its back to running 100% an then some. Ended up after measurements the engine wanted a .060 shim. The guys that i had trusted to do it right when i was on vaca put in a .080 thus bottoming out the fuel pump and ultimately causin it to fail. Lesson learned .... just do my own wk noone will care for my car better than me. I have been trying to get Katech Mikes paypal as im a man of my word but he has thus far refused .... top notch guys there and a HUGE thank you to him and his team. He knows its his if he wants it.
