Like BoWhite mentioned he and many others are running well over that at the Crank with no issues while some others have failed. Had #5 Piston/Rod fail here at app 650/600 to the rear after a year and a half problem free.

Yes #5 and #7 are the problem on LS engines.

Well I'm boosting on 10psi and running nice cam. Figured that put me in the 700whp range. I don't track my car. Just street drive.

that was it, thx. it was on the internet, so it must be true lol

there are no absolutes with building a motor. more like guidelines.............
