New member... kinda. Inro and mod list.
Hey guys and gals. I've creeped the forums but barely posted. Now that I've modded its time to share.
I drive a 2017 2.0t 50th Anniversary Camaro. My engine mods include Injen open air filter P7017wb, ZZP Intercooler and Pipes, ZZP larger throttle body, ZZP Catted Downpipe and American Thunder axleback. I just had it tuned by Steven at SS LSX Tuning and Performance in Concord NC. I am now sitting at 300hp and 326wtq. I'll post the dyno video as soon as he gets it uploaded. Visuals: VHT Nightshade the Tail lights and side markers. Oracle rgbw drl and fog lights. I have an American Authority Rear Louver to install. |

Very nice. I have pretty close to the same mods. How long did the ZZP Intercooler take you to install?
Also i bet you could squeeze about 40 to 50 more wtq out of that engine tune.

I appreciate it. The intercooler was quick probably a day or so. It was scary first time I blew off my intake hose hahahaha.. the long part was the leds. One of my lights is aparently not fully sealed :(. I got condensation. Also ive had a few go yellow and the demon eyes no longer register green. /sigh. Its enough power for now. Then I'll go full internals and a bigger snail. Really pump up the hp.

Johnny five is ALIVE! --what I thought after seeing the front on picture with red lights
I just got my 2.0T and I REALLY want to start on some mods, but I'm going to let my warranty play out for a year or two first. Thanks for sharing and welcome. |

Nice car, but with such mods you should have at least 350 Hp. Mine has only flat KnN filter, downpipe and chip - 330 Hp. Next week will go to the dyno to adjust ignition timings, it will have about 350 Hp. My camaro mate in Moscow have the same mods like you - 368 Hp.

Schwifty,
I would love to check out your car and get a ride along and possibly a drive if you feel comfortable. You have done the exact same mods I had in mind when I get tired of competing in stock street class in autocross and move to CAM-C or a prepared class. I will be competing at Zmax autocross events the first 2 weekends in April if you would like to meet up. Eric |

I'll say it. Where's the correction factor there? Any tuner worth their salt will always keep that up knowing people are gonna share dyno numbers and if they're serious about impressing people even more so. Unless your using different methods in russia there is no way an LTG turbo car with just a drop in and downpipe with a tune makes even close to 350whp SAE corrected.
